LUO International Convention 2025
Luo Convention 2025 is the third convention to be held in Toronto, Canada from October 10th to 12 th, 2025 under the theme “Celebrating Luo Culture and Art” with over 1,OOO attendees expected from Australia, Europe, North America and Africa.
We are going to be joined by domestic and foreign dignitaries including ministers and members of parliament from around the globe.

Ker Luo of Kenya, Odungi Randa, the current Chairperson of the Luo Council of Elders, will deliver a keynote address at the Luo International Convention 2025, sharing the wisdom and heritage of the Luo people with us
Acholi Ker, Rwot David Acana II, will also address the Luo International Convention 2025, sharing the wisdom of the Luo people with us, with a focus on unity and development
Live Performance by Onyi Papa Jey – The ‘Nya Masai-na’ hitmaker will grace the occasion with a one-hour performance on October 11th, followed by a full concert on October 12th
Live Performance by Jimmy Johnson Obila – the hitmaker behind Welcome to Lira.
Luo Diverse Dance & Special Presentations featuring performances from various groups, including Luo youth from Tanzania, a special Acholi dance from South Sudan, and a unique cultural showcase from the Lango Luo of Uganda
